Start Date: Feb 1st
Weigh In: Feb 1st @ Hot Spot- 1:00-3:00pm
End Date: Feb 28th
Weigh Out: Feb 28 @ Hot Spot- 2:00-4:00pm
(Individual weigh ins/outs upon request if timeframes are impossible to make)

Weigh In/Out Details:

Please wear the same thing to both weigh ins and weigh outs for before and after photo judging. This makes is easier to see true results.

Please wear tight clothing (shorts and sports bra for women/shorts and no shirt for men if you are comfortable) *Note that baggy clothing or a covered body will lessen your chances of winning in the case of a tie where the before and after photos are the tie breaker.

Judging will be based on a combination of:
Body Fat Percentage Lost, Measurements, and Before and After Photos.
There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner that will split the cash pot as follows:

1st Place- 50% of the cash pot
2nd Place- 30% of the cash pot
3rd Place- 20% of the cash pot

A required $35 entry fee will go toward the pot to build up the cash prize money! The more people that join, the bigger the pot will get, so we encourage you to tell your friends and family and invite them to join with you!

Once you have paid your $35 entry fee, you will reserve your spot in the challenge and book your wellness profile appointment. This is required in order to get your specific nutritional recommendations to give you the best chance for the best results possible!

Requirements for nutrition program will be a minimum of a Formula 1 Healthy Meal Shake Mix and Protein Drink Mix for killer results!.

You will need to download the free Telegram app on your phone for communication and coaching for the challenge
