Good morning, hope everyone has had a great week! The sugar shack will not be open today, but it will be open on Saturday. I am working on updating the menu online today.

I am still taking orders for next week, so please email me at [email protected] to get those orders placed!

I was so nervous doing this cake, I shouldn’t have been right…it’s a simple cake. But man to get a pretzel looking as real as possible that’s hard…I really like the way this came out with the wood board underneath! Buttercream cake with fondant pretzel on top.

If you’ve been wondering how I spend my time “taking it easy” after surgery…this is what I’ve been up to…puzzles lol! If you know me you know I am not good at doing nothing so this keeps me busy while I try to rest.

I have slowly started taking more orders for this month, so if you need an order please email me and I would be happy to get you a quote. I am still limited on what I can take since I’m not fully released until next month but I feel comfortable enough to keep on taking a few more orders. I had my first 2 wedding cakes back this weekend and they went great!

I have already responded to all emails this morning, as well as text so please be on the look out if you have been waiting on me. Also I know I get a lot of comment or messages asking for quotes, please email or text me only. It’s easier for me to keep track of all communication if I limit it to those 2 forms. If you are ever needing the address, phone number, info about the sugar shack, or more information on ordering all information can always be found on my website as well.

I’m not always on social media, and most of my post are pre planned out so sometimes I don’t see comments or messages until days later.
