This weekend we will be featuring our ”SMOTHERED BRISKET BURRITO “ ….super, delicious , oh soo tender BRISKET…rolled up in a grilled tortilla smothered in nacho cheese topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, or pico….sprinkle our homemade salsa on that ”ITS OUT OF THIS WORLD”good!!! See you this weekend at the National Fleamarket! Hi-Jo’s is located just inside the southwest double glass doors in the East Metal Red Barn. Open Saturday and Sunday 10:am til 5:pm. Alright Lubbock let’s get out there today and support local small businesses … lots of locally owned food establishments from diners, dives, restaurants, concession stands, and food trucks are all struggling right now… we need y’all’s support! I am a local small business owner of a diner at the Local Fleamarket for well over 29 years and have struggled all year to keep head over water… so come support me and many others this weekend who would really appreciate your patronage!
