Labeling change!!

As we move into the warmer season, we have decided to change our labels on our bakery to read the bake day date, NOT an expiration or "fresh until" date.

As you may know....our bread is made with natural wild yeast, not commercial yeast, and NO PRESERVATIVES, so you are getting fresher, wholesome bakery from our shelves to your home!

With that being said, be sure to store your bread appropriately. We are here to help you with suggestions on how to keep your sourdough bakery fresh, as our long fermentarion before bake is a great helper, bread with no preservatives will not last in the warmth and humidity as bread with preservatives.

Thank you for understanding and always being patient with us as we "tweak" our processes. ❤️
