It was a fantastic time last night with Sammy Blanchette . The acoustics were incredible. After analyzing the numbers, it’s clear that last night was our guacamoliest Monday of the last eight. If you are wondering what you can do with this information, the answer is really not all that much.

However, it does provide us with the perfect opportunity to remind you that it is Taco Tuesday! Enjoy 1/2 off our menu tacos, including special street tacos and tacos al pastor. Plus, don’t miss out on our $6 Tygart Tailgater Lager, brewed by Rutland Beer Works, LLC.

We will be closed on July 4th but will be back open at 3 PM on Friday.

Noticed a trend in our Guacamole output recently. Our data analysts so far have not been able to pinpoint any specific reason for the drastic differences from one Monday to the next.

On a separate note, Sammy Blanchette is playing tonight! Starting at 5pm. Guacamole has excellent acoustic properties, so we are offering half off the large Guac when ordered with the chips and salsa.

Nate Silver , can you help us parse this data? Our most recent regression analysis failed to identify any reasonable explanation, even when the variables were clustered.

Couple mistakes in our recent post that included a list of things we are guilty of. The list should have been 35 items long, unfortunately one was omitted.
