Grilled wild-caught yellowfin tuna, verde purée, jasmine rice & gochujang gastrique. Sticky ribs with Korean BBQ glaze, toasted garlic & kimchi-cucumber slaw. The Tokyo Drift — Japanese whiskey, lemon, sherry, toasted rice syrup & gochujang gastrique. Corn riblets with elote spice, lime aioli, crumbled feta, jalapeño & cilantro.

190 years on Main Street, Ludlow.

The Haven White House was built around 1835 and has been part of this community ever since. Today it’s home to Homestyle Restaurant — and we think that’s a pretty good use of the last few years.
