🥩 A BIG upgrade is coming to our kitchen.

We are so excited to announce that we've officially made the switch to 100% all-natural beef tallow in our fryers.

That means:
🔴 No seed oils
🔴 No artificial preservatives
🔴 Rich, traditional flavor

From our fries and curds to our fish fry and everything in between, you'll taste the difference that comes from cooking with a time honored ingredient.

At the end of the day, we're always looking for ways to improve the quality of what we serve. Sourcing better ingredients and making thoughtful changes, even behind the scenes, is part of that commitment.

Join us Sunday, July 26th | 7AM-2PM for a morning of classic cars, great coffee, and beautiful bay views.

🚘 Classic car drivers receive one FREE root beer or regular drip coffee
🌿 Park your classic on the grass right along the bay
☕ Our coffee shop will be open 7am-2pm

Our first delivery is here! 🥬

We received our first shipment of fresh hydroponic lettuces from the Luxemburg-Casco High School Youth Apprenticeship program, and we couldn't be more excited.

A big thank you to Eva for delivering the harvest! These beautiful greens were grown with care by the students, and we're proud to feature locally grown produce in our kitchen.

We can't wait to serve these fresh lettuces to our guests and continue this partnership throughout the season. 💚
