This Saturday, June 20, we’re celebrating Squared Biscuit Co.’s 1st Anniversary Block Party and we couldn’t be more excited to spend the day with the community that made it all possible.

We’ll be open with extended hours from 7 AM–5 PM, plus:
🎸 Punk Rock Flea Market vendors & artisans
🕹️ Super Rad Arcade gaming systems
🎨 Face painting, games, and more
🍻 Happy Hour from 2 PM–4 PM with exclusive food & drink specials

For the past year, we’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of this incredible community. You’ve welcomed us, supported us, celebrated with us, and helped turn a simple idea into something much bigger than a biscuit shop.

Seeing Squared Biscuit Co. on this facade makes it all feel a little more real. A little more permanent. A little more like home.

Thank you for making this corner of Fifth & Madison what it is today. Here’s to the first year, and to many more years of fresh biscuits, good company, and serving the city we love.

This week’s special is the Grilled Chicken Club Biscuit 🐔🔥

Grilled chicken topped with melty Swiss cheese, fresh tomato, and our bacon aioli slaw stacked on a fresh buttermilk biscuit. Simple, fresh, and messy in the best way.

Want to keep it veggie? We’ve got a tofu version available with a sun-dried tomato aioli that absolutely holds its own. 🌱
