it’s been 2 weeks since we launched our stone milled sourdough in midwest! 🍞

but this launch has been a long time coming…over the last two years, we sent out thousands of sourdough loaves through our site and asked you what you thought, and you really told us everything. from how tangy you like your sourdough, to crumb texture preferences, to… finding out a lot of you have strong feelings about eating bread untoasted??? we looked at all your feedback!

from the start, we knew we wanted our sourdough to have real flavor AND real nutrition. so we built it around a living sourdough starter: just our stone milled flour + water, fermented naturally and fed fresh every day. it’s been going since september 2025, and now makes up about 30% of every loaf!

if you’ve tried it already, thank you!!! 🥹 and if you see it on your next Costco trip, grab a loaf and tell us what you think (toasted… or not!)

brand new bread just landed in Midwest: STONE MILLED SOURDOUGH!!! 🍞 thousands of you tried the early versions and gave us feedback, so we went back, kept tweaking, and finally landed on a loaf we’re really proud of (and that truly stands out)!

it’s made with our real, living sourdough starter (about 30% of every loaf) for that tangy flavor, then paired with our stone milled organic flour: so it’s packed with the nutrient-rich bran and flavorful, healthy fats from the germ for a more nutritious, flavorful sourdough

that combo of fermentation + stone milled nutrition is what makes our sourdough different!!!

most modern bread is ultra-processed. made with refined flour, artificial preservatives, and refined sugar. no wonder it doesn’t always feel great! 
 
we do things differently by going back to the old way. we stone mill organic whole grains so the bran, germ, and natural nutrients stay IN. 🤝 then, we bake with only organic ingredients which means more flavor and goodness!
 
so yes, our bread and bagels are naturally packed with gluten!!! the way it’s supposed to be! 💙

SPICY dill pickle cream cheese!! 🥒🍀🌶️ bold, briny, and basically the luckiest thing you can schmear on your bagel for St. Patrick’s Day!

ingredients:
• toasted stone milled mighty wheat plain bagels
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup Grillo’s pickle chips, chopped (plus 2 Tbs. pickle juice)
• 1 tsp cherry peppers, chopped
• ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (we love scallions + dill!)
• pinch salt + pepper to taste
