❤️ HELPING OUR AUDIE'S FAMILY ❤️

Many of you know that our employees are more than just staff—they're family.

Recently, two members of our Audie's family--Melissa Capua and Brian Vanderwarker suffered a devastating loss when a fire destroyed their apartment and all of their belongings. Melissa has 2 young girls at home, Amy and Katie. While we're grateful that they are all safe, this family now faces the difficult task of rebuilding their lives.

We are asking our friends, guests, and community to help if they are able.

Beginning today, guests may:
• Add a donation to their credit card purchase
• Leave a cash donation in the collection jars located at our registers

Every dollar collected will go directly to help them replace essential items and get back on their feet.

No donation is too small, and every act of kindness makes a difference.

Thank you for supporting members of our Audie's family during this difficult time. We are continually humbled by the generosity of our guests and community.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

As we enjoy this beautiful day in Mackinaw City, we’re grateful for those who served, those who continue to serve today, and for the opportunity to gather with family and friends.

This Memorial Day, we remember that freedom is never free. From all of us at Audie’s, thank you to our fallen heroes, our veterans, and the active-duty service members who continue to protect and serve our country. ❤️🤍💙

If you would like to join the community of Mackinaw City as we gather to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, while also recognizing those who continue to serve today. A Memorial Day Observance ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM on the Mackinaw City Municipal Marina Lawn. 🇺🇸

Mother Nature is not our friend this weekend. For the safety and well-being of our cast and visitors, we have decided to cancel today's performance.

Tomorrow's performance will take place at 2:00pm, at the new location, behind Starbucks.

We look forward to seeing our cast at the Cast Dinner tonight, at Audie's. Doors open at 6:00pm, with dinner to follow at 6:30pm.

Campers: Justin will be coming to camps to distribute dinner tickets/ice cream certificates.

All cast members: please reach out on here, FB, or group leaders if you would prefer ice cream tickets instead of the dinner so we can keep track!

The French, British and Native American volunteers were getting down with the during the Memorial Day Grand Parade in front of Audie's Restaurant before they headed down to perform in this years Michilimackinac Reenactment at it's NEW LOCATION behind the Mackinac Bay Trading Company at 312 South Huron Ave.

Make sure to drop by to see this historic Mackinaw City tradition presented by a dedicated group of community volunteers working to preserve the history of the Straits region and continue a 63-year Mackinaw City tradition.
