GOOD MORNING

You guys remember the pork cutlet sandwich we did back in October?
We haven’t forgotten about it since, and it is now a permanent menu item.
It is a little different this time, so just to clarify;

Fried pork cutlet, vinegar slaw w/ pickled red onion and dill aioli on a sesame seed bun.

We can’t stop eating this one ourselves, so come get one before we eat all our own stock. (please)

Just an update guys and gals;
As some of you already know, we’ve changed the menu around a bit, not breakfast, so don’t go getting crazy on us. We’ve minimized the lunch menu to focus on quality over quantity. We hope y’all understand and give us your honest opinion.

With that being said, our collards recipe has been upgraded (in our humble opinion). Come in, try a bowl and sit at one of the new booths.

This is the Kickin’ Chicken 2.0;
Fried Tendies, French Fries, 2 Over Easy Eggs, Dill Pickles, Ranch, Buffalo, and American Cheese grilled in a flour tortilla.

parsoncace put pickles and fried chicken in a Blue Sky not too long ago, and spawned this beauty.

SPECIAL ALERT

If you guys have heard of an OKC fried onion burger, this is our take.
$7 a pop, à la carte.

Just to elaborate;
4 oz. of fresh ground chuck (75/25),
With thinly sliced onions smashed and caramelized with the burger. American cheese and a potato bun steamed on top of the burger. Served with dill pickles.

Guys and gals, this is our passion project, this one is for Dad. We’ve put a lot of thought and research into this burger alone.

This one is for you guys. Come by, try it and tell us what you think.

Sorry for the late notice guys, we’re gonna take a break this week to spend some time with family and rejuvenate.

We will be closed this week, Wednesday through Friday (Nov. 26-28), Wednesday through Friday the week of Christmas (Dec. 24-26) and New Years Day (Jan. 1).

P.S. Skydog was great to us this year. We appreciate all who came out to support us. Special thanks to Jeff Battcher for sharing the love for Mike Seekins
