Cadre Founded in the Fall 2019 and located in the Regent Neighborhood of West Madison, Cadre is a French-i Cadre has resumed dine-in service for dinner and drinks.

Reservations are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. Seating in the dining room and bar are open to reservations and walk-ins. Patio seating is first come-first served with preference to guests with reservations. For booking information and to view our weekly menus, please visit our website (cadrerestaurant.com). We also encourage you to sign-up for our email list for the most up-to-date services

and events. Additionally Cadre will continue to offer takeout (both specials and items from the dinner menu) for pick-up in the restaurant or curbside. As of this time Cadre does not plan to resume lunch services. Additionally, with increased demand, more dinner services will be added. Please note: As of Thursday, April 8th (2021), Cadre's staff were fully vaccinated (2 doses Pfizer), however masks will still be required in the restaurant per orders from Madison & Dane County Public Health. As of October (2021) Cadre's staff have begun receiving booster shots.

Graduation Weekend plans? We’ve got you. 🎓

Cadre still has reservations available for a celebratory evening with the people who got you here (or at least cheered you on along the way).

We’ll be serving a three-course prix fixe menu for $100 per person, excluding beverage, tax, and service. A $50 deposit per guest is required to reserve—fully applied to your final bill. 🍽️

Caps, gowns, and a really good dinner… not a bad way to close the chapter. 🥂
