This past week, one of our bartenders, Dempsey, suffered a massive stroke caused by a spontaneous brain bleed. Thankfully, neurosurgeons at UW Hospital successfully performed two procedures to save his life and remove the source of the bleeding.

If you've been to Prost! over the past two years, odds are you've interacted with Dempsey, whether as a host, server, or, most recently, as a bartender. His easygoing nature and cool conversations have been a mainstay at Prost! and will be missed by all. We ask that you keep him and his family in your thoughts as he recovers from surgery, and, if you are able to, please contribute to his recovery fund below:
