Ever wondered how the Akin’s Plate got its name? It all started with Akin, a college kid who came to Medcafe every day asking for a simple plate of rice, meat, and veggies. After six months, Fice, the owner, decided to make it a menu item in Akin’s honor, and the rest is history. 🍽️
