The Haze is an American and Asian BBQ Joint at 106 King St., just off the Capital Square in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Owners Justin Carlisle, Daniel Almquist and Shinji Muramoto team up to bring you BBQ from around the globe. Specialties range from traditional Kansas City ribs to Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwiches and house-made sausage. Tap and can beer are available, as are fountain soda beverages

. Open for both lunch and dinner, the atmosphere is casual and cozy. Either way, our custom smoker is always lit and we're excited to share with you our love of all things BBQ.
