Congratulations to all of the 2026 graduates! We are thrilled to celebrate with so many of you! 🎓🎉

We will be hosting our annual graduation event for ticket holders tonight and tomorrow, May 8th and 9th. Regular dinner service and restaurant reservations will resume Sunday evening. Cheers! 🥂✨

Well… Wisconsin showed up tonight.

Because of the weather and unsafe roads, we’ll be taking our last reservation at 7:30 PM this evening so our team and guests can get home safely.

The perfect addition to date night! Every Friday and Saturday we feature a whole honey-lacquered duck to share. Roasted until the skin is deeply golden and crisp then presented table side before being brought back to the chefs to beautifully carve off the bone.🦆

Your choice of soup or salad to start then served with duck fat confit fingerling potatoes and a rich balsamic jus for drizzling. Meant to be shared, savored and lingered over!✨

Start the night off right! Our Relish Tray had a seasonal glow up, along with several other classic and comforting starters.

Enjoy vibrant pickled red and golden beets, rich caramelized onion dip, applewood-smoked whitefish spread, bread and butter pickles, local summer sausage, and everything seasoned cheddar grissini on this hearty winter Relish Tray! 🫜

If you’re feeling extra nostalgic, the Frog Legs en Persillade are a welcome new addition to our menu. Lightly fried and then coated in savory parsley breadcrumbs and served over an aioli of pickled hand harvested ramps.🍴

And lastly, but certainly not least, our beloved Smoked Cheddar Kielbasa has been reimagined with sweet and zesty baked beans and garlic focaccia. The “Franks & Beans” is a new house favorite! 🫘

We’re beyond proud to share that our very own Chef Joe Papach took home People’s Choice at the 2026 D’Artagnan Cassoulet War in New York City, an annual gathering of over 20 incredible chefs, all battling it out with their best rendition of this iconic French dish.

Blind tastings, fierce competition, and bowls of cassoulet flying… and in the end, the people spoke!

From Madison to NYC, this is what passion, craft, and a whole lot of beans can do. We’re so lucky to have you leading the kitchen, Chef. 🖤
