Spring has sprung at The Hop! We’ve brought on a new chef to work with Carrie and Keith! We are so excited to see what he brings to the table. We have some ideas. We’ve had really great feedback on our banquet room, and would love to host your next event!
But maybe we could also:
📆 Open 7 days a week so you can stop missing us Mondays and Tuesdays?
🍳 Offer a Sunday Brunch Buffet?
🐠 How about Friday Fish Fry dinners? Or maybe prime rib?
🤹‍♀️ What about all of the above??

Two of our local Frequent Hoppers told us our breakfast special was “NUTS.” So we made them one of their favorites instead - 2 fluffy pancakes with 2 over-easy eggs in between. We will happily make this for you!
But, in case you think we might not be the ones who are nuts, come go bananas with us and try our Banana-Nut Stuffed French Toast special!

Hopping for something special this week?
🍳Breakfast Special is Loaded Bacon Ranch Home Fries served with 2 scrambled eggs smothered in cheddar cheese
🍲 Soup in progress is Stuffed Cabbage Stew proudly made with local pork sausage courtesy of Blue Sky Ranch
🍔 Hot lunch special is "Hot Rod Rockabilly" - a take on one of our favorite specialty sandwiches - homemade fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce topped with house ranch, blue cheese crumbles, tomato, and lettuce served on a potato bun with hand cut fries and a pickle
🍦For dessert we're going to go ahead and recommend an old fashioned milkshake made with Gilligan's Ice cream to wash everything down, but we have fresh baked apple crumb pie, lemon meringue, and chocolate cream pie if that sounds like it'll hit the spot
We'll be here 7am-2pm Wednesday through Sunday. Hop in and see us!
