The SHARK BAIT ROLL Story: 🦈

Starting with a fresh foundation of crab salad, creamy avocado, and crisp cucumber...

We sear premium spicy tuna to golden perfection, creating contrast between the warm exterior and tender interior...

We finish with glossy eel sauce for depth, spicy mayo for kick, and fresh scallions for aroma...

The result? A roll that's BOLD, EXCITING, and absolutely UNFORGETTABLE.

This is what happens when tradition meets innovation. 🍱
