At The Boneyard…Sold out early again on Sunday and as much as we love selling out, that's NOT the best part. ❤️
The best part is Seeing our regulars, our followers, new faces, and the whole Spanish community come together, happy, satisfied, chichatting with each other over a plate of food... THAT is what makes us happy.

Many of you know that Las Islas Filipinas is a Filipino - Puerto Rican owned food truck. When we started, we promised to share not only Filipino food, but also Puerto Rican and other Spanish dishes as specials.

Today we are keeping that promise!

TODAY'S SPECIAL: CARMEN'S PLATE
Named after my mother-in-law, Carmen.🥰

This plate is very close to our hearts and includes:
🍚 Arroz con Gandules (Puerto Rican yellow rice with pigeon peas)
🍖 Pernil (Puerto Rican slow-roasted pork)
🥟 Pastelillos (beef empanadas)
🥗 Ensalada de Coditos (Puerto Rican macaroni salad)

We are so excited to finally share this with everyone, especially to our Spanish followers who have been requesting Spanish food — this one is for you! ¡Gracias por todo su apoyo!

We will also have our regular Filipino dishes available today.
