One thing you will not see on this page is AI pictures. I go to the woods every day and get more pictures than I need. I have clients sending me pictures constantly. I have seminar attendants sending me pictures. I don’t need to make up anything. I see it every day. AI and people who spend Saturdays in the woods making themselves look like deer managers with AI is just one reason this sport is heading in the wrong direction.

Another client property and perfect example of not knowing what is in the seed bank. This property had 500 acres of mature closed canopy hardwoods for decades. No understory just a carpet of leaves. It needed diversity and cover so it was created. After decades of no sunlight this is what happened in just two years. Still needs some more openings, but a completely different property now.

People ask me every year if I’m going to have a booth at the World Deer Expo. I’ve had more work than I can handle for the past 10 years. Why would I spend thousands of dollars to rent a booth to advertise? Also, if I’m going to stand and talk for two days it will be at a seminar where everyone is learning about habitat and herd management.

And another client property. Closed canopy mostly non mast producing hardwoods removed and now excellent deer habitat.
