We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to share a few updates!

❤️ We’ve added some of your favorite drinks as permanent menu items.

💲 We’ve adjusted some of our pricing to make our menu simpler and easier to understand.

We also wanted to share who we are and what Align Coffee Co. is all about.

Our mission is simple: serve the cleanest, highest-quality coffee and food we can while supporting our local community whenever possible.

☕ Our espresso is made with premium mold-free coffee beans.

🥛 We proudly serve Mill-King Market & Creamery milk from McGregor, Texas, with no unnecessary additives.

🌰 Our house-made nut milks are gluten-free, made with nuts and water, and contain no gums, fillers, preservatives, or added sugars.

🍯 Our house-made syrups are crafted with organic sugar and clean extracts, and we love using local ingredients—like local honey—whenever possible.

🥐 We bake in-house and offer plenty of gluten-free friendly and dairy-free options so there’s something for everyone.

We know we may not be the cheapest cup of coffee in town, and that’s okay. We believe quality ingredients make a difference you can taste.

The support, encouragement, and grace you’ve shown us these first few days has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Opening a new business is exciting, but the first couple of weeks are also some of the hardest. We’ve had a few unexpected equipment issues, we’ve been training a brand-new team, and we’ve been working through staffing challenges—all while doing our very best to serve every guest well.

The good news is our equipment has been repaired, we’re bringing on the right people, and every single day we’re improving.

If your first visit wasn’t everything you hoped for, we’d truly love the opportunity to earn your trust and give you the experience we’re working so hard to create. Please give us a second chance.
