Strength in family, community, land, health, and education is the core of what we value. Once the family is strong you have the ability to branch out and strengthen the community. We also value the care of the land that we live on and which provides us food and nourishment. If the land is cared for properly it will, in turn, provide us with nourishment, which provides good health for mind, body, and soul.

📣 Attention LAVS Runners! We have been sort of an unofficial Angel Station for the Last Annual Vol State Road Race for several years. We kick ourselves for not remembering, and being ill prepared each time. But not this year! We have had a few folks remind us, and we WILL be here for you! We’ll have umbrellas up for shade, coolers with water, snacks, etc. During open hours you are welcome to use our AC, restrooms, seats, and electricity to charge your phones. Did I mention we have craft beer on tap?! Sure do! We look forward to meeting you! We’re rooting you all on!! If you know anyone participating in the race, please share! Mach Tenn Running Club
