As many people enjoy a long weekend with family and friends, our team is taking a moment to reflect on why we are able to gather in peace today.
Memorial Day is more than just the unofficial start of summer—it is a solemn day dedicated to remembering and honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving the United States.
Because they gave their tomorrows, we get to enjoy our today’s.
It is common to confuse our military holidays, but the distinction matters deeply to those who have served:
Memorial Day is a day of mourning and remembrance for those who died while serving our country in uniform.
Veterans Day (in November) is a day of celebration and gratitude to honor all who have served, both living and passed.
Today, we salute the fallen and hold their families in our thoughts. We wish you all a safe, meaningful, and reflective Memorial Day.

What an awesome event and with even more amazing people! Thank you for having us for your annual pizza wars!

Alley Cat Pizza was new to our Pizza Wars event! We HAD to have them -- have you been there? There's a whole WALL dedicated to the awards they've won. For us, they offered a hot honey pepperoni pizza that was just out of this world! (Insider tip: it is NOT on their online menu, but if you know you know: you can order it over the phone.) Disclosures: they generously donated the pizzas to our effort, they were not paid. Nor are we being paid to post this, but wow, how could we not?! The slices pictured here aren't actually their pizzas. I was too busy eating to take a picture. Sooo good!

HEY EVERYONE!! To celebrate 30 years of Alley Cat Pizzeria - Come join us on June 18th 11am-9pm for a free slice and a free soda!

We are so grateful for the support our community has given us for the last 30 years and are excited to give back to the great Queen City and beyond!

This event will be supporting the Manchester Police Athletic
League (MPAL)-an organization In the city that supports our youth and inspires so many kids everyday with incredible programs that help foster their bright futures ahead.
