ICCs history has very close ties to the City of Manchester’s own industrial history. The Amoskeag Textile Club took over management of the course in 1927 with its primary goal to provide mill workers and area residents a place to enjoy recreational golf at a reasonable cost to the consumer. In 1934, the Intervale Land Company was formed and charged with the perpetual oversight of ICC as prescribed

by the Amoskeag Textile Club. To this day, ICC and the Intervale Land Company hold this as the highest tenant of our existence. During the Great Flood of 1936, ICC was devastated by the deposit of silt over its fairways and greens. The members even considered abandoning the course. However, the internal fortitude so prevalent of Manchester residents at the time pushed a few board members to work with the clubs grounds crew on limited resources to restore the course and continue play.

Hello everyone!

Intervale Country Club is excited to announce the official opening of the golf course for the 2025 season. Public play is now welcome during the following times:

Mon-Fri: 8am-3pm
Weekends & Holidays: 3pm-Sunset

All tee times are first come first serve. Carts are available for rent as well (weather permitting).

Our crew will be fertilizing and treating the fairways on Wednesday morning, May 22nd. The course will be closed for a short period until 7am on Wednesday while we allow time and space for our team to perform this necessary maintenance.

Good Afternoon,

We are excited to announce that the course will be open to the public beginning Saturday, April 13th.

Please note: Public play hours are from 8am-3pm on weekdays and after 3pm on weekends.

There will be no play before 8am daily until the mornings warm up a bit.

Trivia is beginning to heat up at The Riverside Bar & Grill now that outdoor activities at the club have come to a close!

Please save the document below for your reference, as it outlines the next six trivia dates through the end of March. Feel free to share it with anyone who might be interested in creating a team. The next scheduled Trivia Event will be Wednesday, November 29th at 7pm.

Please continue to join us at The Riverside Bar & Grill for scheduled trivia nights, the schedule will be posted here soon.

Also please keep in mind that our event space is available for rent throughout the winter. The space is affordable and perfect for celebrations such as holidays, birthdays, baby showers, etc. Send us a message if you’re interested in learning more.

Hello everyone,

As we close out the final days of the 2023 golf season we would like to thank the public players, the membership and our staff for another wonderful year out on the course.

Our final day of play, barring any substantial winter weather, will be scheduled for Sunday, November 26th. Any changes to this date will be communicated as needed.

We hope to see everyone again in the spring as we kick off the 2024 season.
