Holy Duck! A new special on the menu.

🐖 The farm called, and it’s furious. This monstrosity layers Adobo Smoked Pork with Pork Belly “meat butter” and Duck Bacon for the ultimate flavor felony.
🌶️We jammed a Smoked Duck Popper in there (why the @&DUCK!$ not?!?) smothered with a mess of Roasted Garlic Mayo.
🍏Freshly finished with a Green Chili Apple Slaw that provides the only crunch you’ll hear over your own heartbeat.

Bring a bib and a legal guardian. Dolly for ride home available for rent 😎

The Big Beautiful Brisket is available- a heaping portion of pastrami spiced brisket, topped with house Duck Bacon, smothered with Beer Cheese Sauce and Pickled Jalapeños. Yeah- it’s a mouthful!
