Our Story

Welcome to Bistro on Main! We are a family-friendly restaurant, serving delicious, made-from-scratch food. Weโ€™ve also got a special purpose; a mission that is at the heart of who we are and what we do.

As a social enterprise of MACC Charities (Manchester Area Conference of Churches), we have a deep tie to our community and the neighbors we serve. Here at Bistro on Main, our mission is two-fold: to serve our customers delicious food and a quality dining experience, while providing transitional training and employment to aspiring chefs and wait staff. Our culinary program is centered on low-income wage earners, providing them the skills needed to pursue a career in hospitality and food service.
