1.) Beef ragu baked ziti- beef braised in beefy marinara sauce and layered with ricotta cheese, wilted spinach, onions, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and ziti pasta noodles. Baked off by you until perfect and bubbly!
2.) Balsamic Glazed Caprese Chicken-Roasted garlic and balsamic marinated grilled chicken breasts topped with sliced tomatoes sliced fresh mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves. Served with parmesan roasted potatoes and sauteed green bean almondine.
