It's been a while! I'm still roasting, just not posting 😁
I have a good news/bad news post. We will start with the bad news.
After working to get back into the farmers market since February, they finally told me they don't have room for me, so I will be looking for other options to better serve you all. The roasting trailer needs new tires and rims before I can bring it to MHK to roast on site. The eventual goal is roasting and drinks around town.
The good news is that my primary vendor has changed their policies and it's now easier to get beans from them! This is exciting. I currently have 4 lbs of Honduras Kingdom Growers and 2 lbs of Tanzania Peaberry, along with some of the Bali available to order. While the website is operational, you can always just message me and I'll invoice you with pickup available at Village Geek. Not as convenient as preroasted, but it works.

If you have been following our page and have wanted to come to the meal but aren't sure where to enter the building, hopefully this map will help.

Enter through Door 6, which is located on the south side of the building in the courtyard at the west end.

As you walk into the courtyard (you will be facing west) Door 6 is straight ahead of you. You will see a Common Table poster in the window.

Meals served 365 days a year. Doors open at 5:30pm. Dinner served at 6pm. Doors close at 7pm. Dine-in only.

Just in case someone wants to volunteer.

Common Table meals are served every night of the week, 365 days a year at the Lincoln Education Center, 901 Poyntz. Meals are served from 6-7pm. Volunteers (cook's helpers, bussers, dishwashers, servers, and host) are needed each night from 5:15pm - 7:30pm. Head cooks are needed on the weekends and....
