May is AAPI Heritage Month, and for me, this month is deeply personal.
As a minority-owned, women-owned bakery, my work is rooted in stories, traditions, and flavors that come from generations of Asian heritage. From matcha and black sesame to yuzu, strawberry milk, and beyond—each dessert I create is inspired by the cultures that continue to shape who I am and what I share.
This business isn’t just about sweets—it’s about representation, creativity, and honoring the beauty of diverse influences. It’s about bringing together classic pastry techniques with the flavors and ideas that feel like home, and sharing that with our community.
In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, we’ll also be offering a lineup of specialty desserts—including our Nama donuts and dessert-style drinks inspired by popular Filipino desserts such as Turon Latte, Mango Sago and Ube Sylvanna. These flavors are a tribute to the richness and diversity of Asian cultures, and we’re excited to share them with you.
AAPI Heritage Month is a time to celebrate those roots, uplift voices, and recognize the richness of cultures that inspire so much of what we love. I’m proud to contribute to that story through every pastry, every flavor, and every customer experience.
Thank you for supporting a small business that celebrates diversity, creativity, and culture—one dessert at a time.
