🔥 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO EMBER! 🔥

One year ago today, we fired up the griddle, opened our window, and started this crazy adventure called Ember!

What started as an idea has turned into something pretty special.

Over the past year, we’ve flipped a whole lot of burgers, fried mountains of fresh-cut fries, served up some incredible food, met thousands of amazing people, and made memories we’ll never forget.

There have been early mornings, late nights, long days, a few challenges, and plenty of moments that reminded us why we started doing this in the first place.

But the best part of this journey? The people.

To everyone who has stopped by our window, booked us for an event, shared our posts, recommended us to a friend, or simply told us how much they enjoyed their meal — THANK YOU!

You have helped turn Ember into something we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re still learning, still growing, and still dreaming up what’s next.
