We wanna thank our baker, Cassandra, for 4 whole years with us at the Loft. She's worked alongside literally every employee we've ever had, she's been our rock through thick and thin, & has been the most adaptable as the loft has grown through the years.
It's been the coolest watching her grow as a baker and see everyone go absolutely nuts over her creations. She is the reason we have vegan bakery items and has complete creative control over that department. Let's celebrate Cassandra for her talent, care & loyalty to this community, for being a kick ass human and an incredible friend.
