Meet our Head Chef, Jared Schweitzer!

Jared has been cooking for over 20 years and has been an important part of our team for the past 7 years. He takes great pride in his craft, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients while supporting local businesses whenever possible.

Jared believes that a lot of hard work goes into every meal before it reaches the table. That’s why he puts care and passion into every dish he creates and values the appreciation that comes from sharing good food with others.

We’re grateful to have Jared as such a big part of the Fenton family! And if you haven’t heard, he’s recently introduced some new menu items, stop by and give them a try!
