Just a reminder that tomorrow is our last day in Upper... We've had folks asking about pans of Lasagna. We have committed to some so far but may run low on the bus. Because of this, we will need to reserve the remainder for first-come-first-serve basis. However, if you want a pan that is not cooked, frozen, etc., we can make up a batch for you to pick up on Mon or Tue next week. Just comment here or PM us please.

I know that there are many of you who have been sitting on the edge of your seats since our storefront closed, and probably some hoping to never see this communication...

For this reason, among many others, I am truly sorry to announce that we will soon be closing Robsagna altogether 😢

We are grateful to have had a long and fruitful run, sharing our food and making many friends along the way over this past 5 years. Unfortunately, due to lack of support and a great deal of other failed promises, our mall endeaver has brought this all to an end.

What we will always remember is all of you who were there for us. Everyone who came out to support us, enjoyed our food, and shared their stories and experiences with us. Everyone who went out of their way to stop, offered a place to park, or advice on how we might improve. -We appreciate you! With some of you we were even fortunate enough to share our faith in Christ with one another. You all know who you are. At the end of the day, even though this chapter in our lives may be coming to an end, those encounters have made it all worth while for us. Thank you!

As we wind down, we plan to make two more local appearances this week with a limited menu. Places and times TBA soon.

Since we must sell our bus and other equipment to settle up all of our accounts, our business is now up for sale as a turn-key operation. Again- the mobile operations are an established money maker with social media accounts, and with tons of lucrative parking spots and contacts, etc.! We will be performing some deep cleaning this week as well as some routine maintenance on the bus. It will be ready to show sometime next week.

We are accepting serious and reasonable offers up until we post everything for sale with firm pricing some time next week. Anyone interested is welcome to shoot us an offer to: [email protected]

Slow night tonight. We have 4 pans of House Lasagna available. We will roll into Upper around 9:30pm. $20 a pan, first come, first serve! We will meet at Casey's if anyone is interested???
