Cauliflower Gyro- roasted cauliflower, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, oven roasted tomatoes, pickled red onions, feta, griddled pita. It comes with a side of fries or tater tots.

Ok.. so, false alarm!

The Lees Burger pop-up at the harmony cafe will continue!

Quick message from Chef Chris:

Hey guys!

In case you didn't know, I am employed as the full-time head chef at the harmony cafe which is how this opportunity came about in the first place. While the reception has been overwhelmingly positive and I've been able to bring in new guests from the vegan community and introduce some of the locals to vegan food for the first time, some of the regular guests at the harmony are unhappy with exclusively vegan offerings on Monday nights. The ones who have tried the food are pleasantly surprised by how much they enjoy vegan food, but some are more stubborn and won't eat it.

So, faced with the request from ownership to offer non-vegan options, my immediate instinct was to say no and just pack it in to preserve the integrity of the brand. I don't want to do that to you guys though. I'll be offering a small amount of non-vegan options going forward. Hopefully this will satisfy everyone. Rest assured that these non-vegan items will be prepared using separate equipment and tools from the regular vegan menu.

The Lees Burger pop-up will be here this Monday from 5-9pm as usual! I'm going to be on vacation the following two Mondays, but we'll pick up again right after that.

Hey everyone! After this week the LB pop-up will no longer be at The Harmony Cafe. We have no current plans for a new pop-up location at this point either, so come on down and get you some LB tonight! Thank you all so much for your support! We'll be here from 5-9.
