Mary and I have been reading through all your wonderful comments, and we honestly don’t know how to express just how much your kindness, encouragement, and excitement mean to us.
Whether you’re from Anoka, Maple Grove, Blaine, or somewhere else across Minnesota, please know that we appreciate every single one of you.
We’ve read so many beautiful stories about Hans Bakery, the childhood memories, the family traditions, and the special treats that people still remember after all these years. Those stories have touched our hearts, and they remind us that a bakery can mean so much more to a community than simply a place to buy something sweet.
We’re just a small family business with a hardworking team, doing our very best to build something meaningful. Like any small business, we’ve had our share of challenges, long nights, and sacrifices along the way. But moments like this remind us why we love what we do.
I’ve been taking the time to personally respond to your comments because I believe something very simple: If someone is kind enough to take a moment out of their day to share a thought, a memory, or a few encouraging words with us, they deserve our time, respect, and appreciation in return.
