Food for Thought Organic Café & Natural Market in Marathon is looking for a dependable, friendly and energetic person to join our café team!
Position: Full-Time Café Team Member / Barista
Pay: $16 per hour
Benefits: Employee benefits available
This is an active, hands-on position preparing organic coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies, fresh juices, wellness shots, açaí bowls, helping with café food, taking orders, assisting guests and keeping the café clean, stocked and ready to serve.
Our days have a steady rhythm with busy breakfast and lunch rushes. We’re looking for someone who can move with purpose, stay organized, follow recipes and standards, and remain warm and helpful with guests—even when several orders are coming in at once.
The right person is:
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Friendly and comfortable with customers
✅ Able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willing to clean, stock, prep and help wherever needed
✅ Available full-time, including Saturdays
✅ Interested in coffee, healthy food, natural products or hospitality
✅ Ready to learn and be part of a close-knit team
Café, barista, restaurant, juice-bar or retail experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
