6 years ago today a dream became a reality. We had no idea what we were doing (and some days still don’t), but we listened to the people who said we must open before the 4th and it’s been a wild ride since!

Thank you to the employees who pretty much make every positive review we get. The kindest, patient, craziest crew 😜

And of course, thank you to all of you who kept us going. YOU are the reason it’s been 6 years!

In the words of : This 18 Rabbit black honey process is the first single origin Honduras we’ve offered and can’t wait to share it with you all. This coffee is from a collective of thirteen women owned farms owned by the Zelaya Ontreras Family. Dulce Marlen, the owner of Finca Dulce Luna, is the owner of 18 Rabbit exports and works on building direct relationships with importers and roasters.
