Hey everyone, this is a sudden announcement, but I will be moving to New Jersey at the end of September.
I had always wanted to live in New York , and my daughter had already moved to New York, so I decided to move to New Jersey where close to her and the rent is cheaper than New York.
For the past two months, I've been having trouble signing an apartment (I'm required to have an annual income of 4 times the rent , or find a guarantor, or ask for a cosigner...Who the hell has such an income??lol😳😂) I drove 4 hours each way between Boston and New Jersey about 4 times, I thought I was going to die. As a result, a miracle happened and at the last minute I was able to sign a lease on a gorgeous apartment in Fort Lee. From now on I would continue singing in the New Jersey and New York areas. Also In Boston of course! ✌️I am filled with gratitude to all of my friend who have helped me over the past 30 years in Boston. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. And if I ever have to come back Boston, please give me a warm welcome.😆❤️🙏with love Akiko Aoki
皆様、突然のお知らせですが この度ニュージャージーに引っ越すことになりました。ニューヨークに住みたいという夢がいつもあって、娘もニューヨークに引っ越したことも手伝って、ニューヨークよりは家賃が安めのニュージャージーに引っ越すことにしたのです。物件を見にボストン、ニュージャージー間、片道４時間を車で4回行ったり来たり。
死ぬかと思いました。
NY, NJのアパートの契約に家賃の４０倍の年収が求められるのをご存知ですか？それか、連帯保証人を立てるかのどちらか。（連帯保証人は家賃の８０倍の年収があるのが条件）そんな、年収あるわけないじゃないですか！私ミュージシャンだし😆ところが、最後に奇跡がおこりFortLeeの素敵なアパートに契約することができました。３０年間に渡りここボストンでお世話になった方々に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。ありがとうございました。❤️今後はNY界隈で音楽活動をする所存ですが（もちろんボストンでも！）もし、またボストンに戻ってくることがあったら暖かく迎えてくださいね❤️☺️🙏。心からの感謝を込めて。
