Good morning, Marfa!

It's November, and Bitter Sugar is thankful for the warm reception we've received from everyone who's stopped by!

If you haven't heard, as of this weekend we're working from a new standardized menu, which includes our hot honey cornbread and brisket kolaches on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while they last. We still have a few left today if you're hungry!

Accompanying our brisket kolaches today are lemon cream cheese kolaches, blueberry peach kolaches, chocolate chip cookies, and orange cranberry muffins.

Come by and see us at 201 E Dallas, in the Lumberyard! You can also find our full menu online at bittersugar.cafe !

Unfortunately our espresso machine needs a little maintenance so tomorrow we’re back to cold brew, drip coffee, and plenty of treats. Thats what soft opens are for!
