I must say Mother’s Day was an absolute success. I was able to get my mother, grandmother and my Lady altogether with a delicious meal. We had Catfish and Shrimp and grits with Red cabbage and sweet potato soufflé and of course Mac & Cheese bon appétit 😋

Mad Flava alert! Guy (the yellow guy 🤬) and I have been in the lab concocting something special, and it's almost ready. I took a step back to perfect the recipe, but rest assured, that Mad Flava will be off the charts for the rest of 2024. Stay tuned for our next big move!
