Find us at the Original Dulcimer Players Club (ODPC) Funfest in Evart this week from Thursday (7/16) to Saturday (7/18)! Come to Osceola County Fairgrounds to listen to some wonderful non-electric music and maybe try something new! Lots of class sessions for all levels of musicians and individuals who want to be one!

Three Birds Coffee and Tea will be open in Marion at our usual location Weds, Thurs & Friday (7/8 - 7/10) from 6:30am-2pm!

Saturday (7/11) we will be down in Evart at the Depot from 9am-1pm for the Evart Farmers Market! Grab a coffee and check out the produce and craft vendors!

For those who noticed that the sign and Monarch are INSIDE the building…

Humming along straight into summer! It’s not espresso in the feeder but sometimes you got to just sit a minute and grab a ‘pick me up’! We’ve got ‘em iced or hot!

This week is our first week back down at the Evart Farmers Market! This Saturday (6/27) we will be set up at the Depot in Evart from 9am-1pm! Come grab a coffee or tea and see what the vendors have ready this summer!

Three Birds Coffee and Tea will ALSO be open for our regular crowd in Marion at our usual location Weds, Thurs & Friday (6/24 - 6/26) from 6:30am-2pm! Hope to see you this week!

Bloom time?
All you need is to add some hot water and watch. The CO2 gas trapped in and between particles of ground coffee slowly release as the water takes its place causing the now wet coffee to swell up as those gasses escape the water/coffee slurry! This is called ‘coffee bloom’ time! If you like to make ‘pour over’ coffee it’s a good idea to wait about 30 seconds for it to happen before adding the remaining water! You’ll get more of the ‘good stuff’ dissolved out if your patient.😉
