Legend has it that after signing the Declaration of Food with his fellow patriots, Jeremy Briggs and Gaby Freeman, they pledged their lives, their liberty, and their pursuit of perfectly smoked brisket and pork belly bites.

Because of their courageous and ambitious service, one of the greatest traditions in Food History now continues...
