Over the past four years we have worked to build a space for our community to enjoy.  Provisions MQT is a place to meet with friends, have productive meetings, or sit quietly for a moment to unwind. 

Today marks an exciting new beginning. I love the thrill of building a concept from the ground up, and Provisions MQT’s foundation was shaped by every lesson I’ve learned in the hospitality industry over the years. Now, this space is poised and ready for its next great chapter.

Both Provisions and our Roast Coach Coffee Roaster brands have grown thanks to your incredible love and support. To continue this growth, it’s time to divide and conquer. The vision from the start was to build a business at the heart of the community and then find the right owner to step in and take it to the next level.

We have definitely found that person!

Brittany is a Marquette local who is deeply loyal to the UP, the outdoors, good coffee, good food, and strong community. She has spent her life immersed in the rhythms of nature, cooking, gathering, and leading with care. She believes the small daily rituals, where we gather, what we drink, what we eat, and who we share it with, are what build a happy, connected community. Brittany is honored to be stepping into Provisions and carrying forward the welcoming spirit that you all have brought into this space.

What’s next for me?

This is definitely not a goodbye! I will be helping with the transition, spend some time on the other side of the counter, and be growing the Roast Coach Coffee brand. Moving strictly into roasting allows me to keep fueling my entrepreneurial spirit, but with a more flexible schedule.  Most importantly, it gives me time back for my family as the boys are getting older.

Provisions MQT was a big risk, and the only reason I took that leap is because I knew this community had my back. I honestly cannot thank you enough for your unwavering support along the way.  

Please join me in giving Brittany a warm welcome!  I cannot think of a better person to step in and am so excited to see where she takes Provisions.
