‼️Marshall... y'all showed up yesterday! 🔥

We honestly wasn't expecting that kind of turnout, and we appreciate every single one of y'all that pulled up and supported us.

We're gonna skip this Hump Day so we can reload, restock, and get everything right for the rest of the week.

Also, our bad on the wait. We're still adjusting to food truck life and figuring out the best flow. We ain't making excuses we're making improvements. Every day we're getting better, and before long we'll have those wait times down while still giving y'all the quality food you deserve.

Good news: We're adding wings to the menu this weekend👀🔥

We'll be back Thursday through Sunday from 3 PM–8 PM at AutoZone.

Thank y'all for rocking with Laffy Happy. Y'all are helping us build something special, and trust me... we're just getting started. 💜🖤🔥

Laffy Happy will be set up at AutoZone in Marshall this week! 3-8PM Tuesday 7/7/2026 and try to make it till Sunday..Bare with us as we adjust to the food truck life🤗🤗💜💜

This is just the beginning!
Marshall will be one of our main locations, but we'd also love to have regular spot here in Marshall and in neighboring cities like Hallsville, Longview, Jefferson, Karnack, Waskom, Elysian Fields, Harleton, and beyond.

If you own a business, have a commercial property, or know of a high-traffic location where our food RV would be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you!

Our goal is to have a few dependable locations throughout East Texas so you know when and where to find Laffy Happy each week.
