With the Senior Parade beginning at 5:00 PM and Graduation at 6:00 PM, Schuler’s will be extending seating availability after the ceremony so families can continue the celebration together.

What started as the Royal Hotel & Restaurant in downtown Marshall became something much more when it was purchased and renamed Schuler’s. Over the past century, generations of guests have gathered here to celebrate milestones, share meals, and create memories that continue today.

This unforgettable evening brought together talented ProStart students from across Michigan. We spent the evening journeying station to station, sampling creative dishes and beverages crafted by Michigan’s talented ProStart students, while enjoying live culinary demonstrations and meeting the 2026 National ProStart Invitational delegation.

Events like this directly support scholarships, training, and career opportunities for the next generation of hospitality professionals—and we’re so proud to play a small role in that mission.
