Big news for Al’s BBQ — I’ve officially hired an administrative assistant! 🙌🏾🔥

She’ll be helping me stay organized with bookings, emails, scheduling calls, sending quotes, and getting invoices out so I can keep my focus where it needs to be: cooking, catering, and service! I’m positive Laura can keep the Al’s BBQ Department of Fires, Emails & Invoices rolling strong! 💯🫡💪🏾

Also… after 3 years, Al’s BBQ is finally on Google 😂 so if you’ve had our food, booked us, or just want to show some love, please go leave us a review. It helps more than you know!

And when she’s not helping me in the Al’s BBQ Stress Management Department 🤣 she’s leading whale watches with

Quick heads up — there will be no BBQ at the homebase this Saturday. I’ve got a big event and need all hands on deck.

You can still get your fix tomorrow, Friday, so pull up and let’s run it up before the weekend gets crazy.

This won’t be a regular thing — just a one-week adjustment. Appreciate y’all always rocking with me. 🔥

Been quiet on here because we’ve been busy busy. 💯

Fridays & Saturdays at the market have been rolling, Anthony’s been holding it down, and the pickup/drop-off catering orders have been booming off the loading dock💪🏾

I’ve been outside on Saturdays too — grad parties, baby showers, wedding showers… all smoke, all season.

And I might be messing around with a smoked Italian beef with pepperoncinis recipe 👀

Appreciate everyone pulling up and keeping us busy. More smoke coming

Still blown away by the love and support this weekend. 🙏🏾🔥 Huge thank you to everyone who pulled up and rocked with us.

After getting my ass kicked by the online orders 😅, I’ve decided to keep the menu in-store only for the time being. This will help us keep things flowing smoothly and, more importantly, ensure every order is served at peak freshness instead of sitting on the counter waiting for pickup.

We’re running it back with the same menu this weekend plus a special feature. 👀🔥

Had an awesome time competing in the first gotta have it event! Unreal experience and very thankful for the opportunity!

Al’s BBQ came in third place! I really just wanted to meet & being the die hard Pats fan I am, so placing in the competition just made the day even more legendary!

🚨🚨🚨BIG MOVES…🚨🚨🚨

Proud to officially say I’m joining the team at The Beacon Marketplace.

From day one, the ownership and staff have been nothing but welcoming and supportive which made this decision easy. This is a place with a solid foundation, and I’m excited to build on it. 🙌🏾

I’ll be heading up the food program at the Beacon elevating the menu, pushing more in-house production, and locking in consistency and quality across the board.

Going forward, I’ll be exclusively serving Al’s BBQ specials and features through the store bringing that same smoke, flavor, and energy you already know…

I’ll also be rolling out retail items like house pickles, sauces, smoked meats, and more. This has been a long time coming, and now I’ve got the space to really do it right.

I’ve been putting in work behind the scenes building demand at the market, getting people tapped in before pushing full production. ‼️

This move is a big step forward for Al’s BBQ — larger production space & storage, a consistent pickup location, and the ability to operate at a higher level across the board.

I’m building something bigger than just pop-ups now. 💯

And don’t get it twisted… I’m still outside. Private events, large scale public events, catering, parties, all of it is still rolling heavy. This just adds another level to what im doing. 🔥

Ready and excited to really get to know Norwell and become part of the community. 😎
