We're at Taste Northwest in Puyallup this weekend. Come see us if you're in the area. It's free entry and tons of yummy food!! My crew (my family) is awesome! They show up for me consistently. We got a second tent and two freezers and refrigerated cases and they help me set up and take down and fix fans on the cases and put heaters in my hand washing station so I can pass inspection. They make signs and business cards when I forget and try their hardest to keep me on track with the business side of this when all I really want to do is bake macs. My sister even flew in from Idaho to help at this one and decorated our new cookie dough Cookie Monster macs. They're sooooo cute!!

NEED YOLKS???? Free to good home. :) Gearing up for Taste Northwest at the end of June and I have egg yolks for days. I have frozen, freeze dried, cured, baked with and I cannot possibly store anymore. 4 1/2 quarts. Cracked yesterday afternoon and this morning. Have been refrigerated. Lots more to come as well. I know lots of people feed them to their dogs etc. Thought I'd post here first and go to the community pages next. Pick up by Lake Ki.

Pride went really well today, despite the pouring rain! Much better than anticipated. We do have some left of most flavors, but stock is very limited on most. I'll update this posting as I sell them, but I'll be honest I'm going to bed so it'll be morning before there's updates. Please message me your order at 3609266275. I'll go through the orders in the order texts come in. I'll let you know if any of the flavors you want are gone when I get to your text. Pick up tomorrow in Arlington or I can probably talk family into delivering to you at Boeing Monday or we can meet up. Macs will be good for a few days in the fridge, two months in the freezer. $1 each and it's a steal.

Took the day off Saturday (most of it anyway) to spend time with The Littles, which meant yesterday was busy busy busy. Made 120 dozen macaron shells (to make 60 dozen macarons). Today I fill. Saturday we will be at the Snohomish Pride Festival. Each of these shells represents one of the Pride Flags. It was fun to watch my granddaughter and her friend take pics of them this morning to show their friends. Some of the colors didn't turn out quite accurate, but my granddaughter thinks I'm cool right now because I'm doing the Pride festival, so I can live with it. 🤣 Colors and flavors for the most well known Pride flag are already assembled and in the feezer. Come look for us. :)
