Single origin coffee carries the fingerprint of its farm: the soil, the altitude, the hands that harvested it. The flavor is direct, honest, and unlike anything blended. Bright and citrusy from one hillside of Ethiopia. Deep and chocolatey from another in Guatemala.

Our staff has tasted, brewed, and fallen in love with their favorite. Ask them about it!

Ethiopia Gatta Honey is back.

One of our favorite seasonal coffees has returned, bringing all the bright, fruit-forward character we look forward to each year. Honey processed for added sweetness and complexity, we think it’s best enjoyed as a pour over.

Enjoy it brewed on a full Hario V60 setup., All the brewing gear is available online and in store.

Gatt Honey is back! No, there's no actual honey in it. The "honey" in honey processed coffee refers to the sticky fruit layer left on the bean as it sun-dries, and it produces some of the most nuanced cups we've ever roasted.

Ethiopia Gatta Honey is a fruit-forward, honey-processed coffee from Sidama’s highlands. Grown by the Dukamo family, this unique coffee offers medium acidity, tea-like body, and sweet complexity.
