After a few hours of work we have a smaller prep line installed, cleaned the oven, moved in a new toss table, and then figured out how the prep line should be laid out. It’s a little bit backwards to what we have done, but it flows a lot smoother!

We have another oven coming. That’s a whole issue we will deal with a different day. There’s another smaller steel table coming… it’s for fountain drinks. We’re hoping by the end of the month to have it installed and be ready to install the fountain drinks.

Really late posting today. That happens. We are working on upgrades today. We are finishing up now at 3 pm. We’ll have pictures tomorrow.
