Need a quick chocolate fix, but don't want more than 2 servings? SfS does too!! Try this yummy(I promise. Would I mess with you about chocolate? NO!) chocolate cake you can make in less than 5 mins!!
Whisk 1 egg, 3 T milk, 3 T vegetable oil & 1 t vanilla extract in a small bowl. Slowly stir in 1/4 C flour, 5 T sugar, 2 T cocoa powder & a pinch of salt tiil smooth. Microwave on high, about 2 minutes. ENJOY!!
